
Job Description
Keep Company’s records of transactions with its numerous customers property/promptly and ensure completeness, reliability and accuracy.
Provide Customer Service in a professional and excellent manner to promote retention of Company’s customers for continued business
Attend to all Customers’ enquiries, complaints, requests and queries in a prompt and professionally efficient manner
Contribute to the development of an encyclopedia of accepted solutions to problems frequently presented by customers at the Service Centre.
Serve as a vehicle to obtain customer feedback for the use of the larger Company Participate in providing technical back up concerning customer accounting to the sales force.
